Another sustainable action undertaken by Iberostar is its dedication to responsible seafood. This entails ensuring that seafood served in its restaurants is sourced sustainably. In Mexico, 100% of the seafood at Iberostar has been responsibly sourced since 2022, a milestone upheld in 2023.
